Ginger Soy Marinade

Ginger soy marinated pork shoulder over rice (click picture to see recipe –>)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

1. Whisk everything together until honey is dissolved

2. Marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 3 hours



NOTES

This can be used to marinate steaks, pork, chicken and even fish. For fish, marinate about 1 to 2 hours. Marinate meat and poultry overnight for better result.
