Just something I collected over the years. Matchbooks are great souvenir. It reminds me not only a dinner, but a place, a time, a memory. The person I was with, the food and laughers we shared. Plus the time and energy designer put in to make these matchbooks deserved to be appreciated.
I don’t remember when I started collect them. These are mostly from NYC. Some had since closed their doors; some had changed the design several times. One could even say these are a piece of New York History.
